I believe all the notes are correct, but I may have missed something or made a mistake. I'm also not quite sure about the articulation, and if I should add anything else for technique.

Incidentally, I'm also uncertain about the official title of the theme. BrawlBRSTMs3 has it as "Telling the Truth 2007," but it's also commonly known as "Tell the Truth 2007" or "Confess the Truth 2007."

Note-wise, it sounds like the bass notes in measures (also, add measure numbers) 11 and 15 should be D# rather than D.
I'd change the "p" at the end to "subito p", just because of the sudden change in dynamics.
