Despite lacking an English localization as of yet, the Japanese title for this track, "メインテーマ", literally is Engrish for "Mein tēma", so I can reasonably conclude the forthcoming localization would respect such an attempt to emulate English vernacular and title the track as "Main Theme", not mentioning the fact that the internal file name for this track is "BGM_SYS_MAIN_THEME" as well.

The Optional Intro is actually an abridged transcription of another internal game file "BGM_SYS_OPENING", which plays the very moment you turn on the game shortly before the Main Theme title sequence, but this track was not included in the official Jukebox listing and therefore could not be its own standalone arrangement for the purposes of NSM.
