Despite lacking an English localization as of yet, I concluded it would be "Main Menu" because the title トップメニュー is shared with Gates to Infinity's corresponding track, which is localized as "Main Menu."

Also, for the question of playability, I was able sight-read this arrangement at full tempo after 10 minutes.

The m. 2 beat 2 is readable still is bass clef, but I wrote a clef change to help it look consistent with m. 4 beat 2.
