Hopefully these will be quick easy fixes for you:

1.) The song should be in 12/8, the scale at the beginning being a 2 beat pick-up. Also in regards to tempo, you currently have this written at 200 quarters per minute. Because this is a compound meter (6/8, 9/8, 12/8, etc.), the beat would be on each dotted quarter. So do the math, 200 divided by 1.5, and you get your new tempo: 133.3 dotted quarters per minute.
2.) Accidentals! My favorite. All the C#s should be Dbs.
3.) The timing of your notes is all off starting at m. 5 in your sheet. That first F in m. 5 in the melody should be held a dotted half note length, and the trumpet fanfare begins at the same time the high Ab plays in the melody (m.6)
4.) Arranging in general. Where's that delicious timpani? The Hoenn timpani! I NEEEED IT.
