Is this transcription accurate?

I recently asked someone online to transcribe 8 bars of music,

I'm actually having this as part of my tattoo so I thought I would get some professional advice before it's permanent.

Bar 6 sounds more like an ascending arpeggio to me

It's accurate, but if you're gonna use it as a tattoo, for God's sake fix the note groupings!
