Geez, it's like they gave up. Conflict, humor, story, dedication and especially the action are just gone. And for those who cares about animation: it was actually better before, seriously.

Such a shame since Pokemon has a lot of potential to be a great anime. The first season was the best thing in the world when I was a kid. I used to bash all the other popular shows like Digimon, Beyblade and Duel Masters because I thought they were all just Pokemon copies. But in the end Digimon really turned out to be a better series than Pokemon.

Not all of it is directed towards little children. Like the episode where Ash first meets the champion Alder, I laughed a lot on that episode. It seemed like they slipped in crude humor that only older people would understand.
