FPS make me really dizzy

Yeah, FPS like Metroid Prime make me REALLY dizzy. Too bad, because I´ve never finished MP3 AND I WANNA SO BAD! 
5 months ago I could finish MP and MP2 without any prob. It´s not because MP3, I tried awith MP and MP2 and they make me dizzy too now.
Anyone has or had the same problem?

I generally don't though I don't do well in close quarters, FPS claustrophobia if you will.

I tried to play FPSs before. People always popped up behind me and I couldn't turn around fast enough.

I haven't played a FPS since.
