Ironic Requests?

I'm sorry if this has been posted in the wrong thread, but I've found this quite interesting. Generally, people who ask for requests are the ones that can't arrange, for example if a song is extremely hard. I find it interesting when someone such as SlowPokemon asks me to arrange a song for him when he's quite obviously an able arranger. Is there a reason for this? Too hard? CBF? Want so see if someone else can come up with a better version of it? I'm just wondering, that's all...

Plus, you'll never see me asking for a request. It'll have either been already arranged or I'll do it myself!

I have been requesting songs because my free trial with finale is over and I can't afford notepad atm, so please don't accuse me when you don't know what you're talking about. I also request songs that I find too hard to arrange...if you'll notice most of the songs I've arranged are easy (musical hall, route 4, pokemaniac).
