No. Being arranged for piano. In other words, deciding which instruments or notes from the original to include. For example, your "transcription" of the animal crossing wild world theme is very crowded. Another person's arrangement might be practically bare, and another one's could be somewhere in the middle.

As far as a specific example goes, listen to Battlerock Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy. The notes at the beginning, also heard in "Cosmos Illusion", could either be included or not (I can't recall which the one on the site is). That's why we call this arrangement.

Maybe that is also a transcription, but either way this is probably the pettiest argument I've ever been in.
