Authorizing Finale Printmusic

I downloaded Finale Printmusic 2009 onto my new laptop (i had it on my old one, but i saved the file and transferred it to my new one) and I'm having trouble authorize it. I have the authorization code i used for the old one, but whenever i try to authorize it, it says i have to be connected to the internet and disable my firewalls. well, im already connected to the internet, and when i disable my firewalls, it still doesnt work! so.. can anyone help?

true story-it wouldnt let me register my product so i emailed finale. long story short, i had 2 letters in the registration key flopped ;x
