Finale Layer help please!!!!!!!!!

how do you create a new layer in the one measure? I hate not knowing how to. please reply

go to the bottom left of the screen, see the "1, 2, 3, 4" ? you are on layer one now, to make a new layer click on 2, then if u want another, 3, and so on.
