when ever i start up finale it says there was an error with the pitch reconition i have tryed to reinstall and i also have the reader and it works fine

playback dosnt work and when i put in notes i cant hear the pitch

Set it to "Play through Midi"

it is set to play through midi and now i have a key board an hyperscribe dosnt work

Did you try restarting your computer? That worked for me.
Also make sure your midi in/output device is working fine.
