Yep.

In the penultimate bar
-The left hand run is C E G C E G C
-I do not hear the harmonies you put in the right hand.  It just sounds like octave C to me.

I think that bars 1-20 are actually in 6/8 and the right hand is just syncopated.  The bass sounds like it's got a slight accent on the fourth quaver of each bar.  It does go into 3/4 at 21 though.

Few things:
- I agree with 3/4 all the way
- Footer needs more space (and https), you can easily make this 5 systems
- After you've done that, make sure the phrase markings over the system break look alright
- Sounds like it repeats back to bar 2?
