How do I post attachment for my arrangements

You'll want to link them using some sort of file-sharing website. Most of us here use Dropbox, however, any similar file-sharing service like Google Drive will work as well.

If you want one thread to house all of your current & future arrangements, I'd suggest going to the Piano Arrangements section. There, you can upload any of your arrangements & get feedback on them.
