  I made my suggestion and it's point quite clear in this thread. I support this notion. I think that the admins should take action with this when the way more important things are solved with the site(first, of course).

Now, I do believe we had a place for this before:

  • The Post Your Thoughts of the Moment Thread
  • Polls Board (made just for our random polls)

Everything was fine. Nobody argued. All the peoples were happy.

If by randomness you mean spam then it's an absolute NO.

the admin(s) will not make a thread/board/forum dedicated to spam no matter how much you whine and complain.

  I've seen it done on multiple boards that I've joined, usually succesful.
