-In the pickup measure, you could write the 8th + 16th rest as a dotted 8th rest. Also, the pickup measure shouldn't be counted towards the total measure numbers: you can edit this with the Measure Tool, by double clicking on the measure and unchecking the box that says "Include in measure numbering". I'll use the measure numbers you have right now for the rest of the feedback though, so make sure to do this last!
-Throughout the sheet, I'd suggest beaming over rests whenever you're using 16th notes within a beat for easier readability (like m2 beat 2 in the R.H., or beat 3-4 in m3 in the R.H.)
-m5: It's a bit hard to jump up from the chord in beat 4.25 to the high C in beat 4.5, maybe you could write these chords as C-E-G# (so moving the E and G# up an octave)?
-m6-9: I think the layer 2 chords in the R.H. could need some work:
--Any chord on beat 2.5 should be on beat 2.25 instead
--Some chords are pretty iffy to play together with the melody, as they sometimes only work when playing that specific beat, not when looking at the context. For example, m6 beat 3 up to m7 beat 1.5, only the chord on m6 beat 3 is feasibly playable, it's very hard to play the others while still holding the melody note. m7 beat 3-4.5 is also quite hard, because the R.H. doesn't have enough fingers to comfortably play the melody.
--Aside from m7 beat 3-4.5, I hear most chords as maj7 chords, which means that the F major chords have an E in them as well, and the Bb major chords have a A in them as well. Maybe you could change any F's to E's and Bb's to A's, as the F and Bb are already in the bass?
-In m9, it probably is a bit easier for the R.H. to write the chords within beats 1-3 in a similar octave as m8 beats 3-4. From beat 3 on, you don't necessarily need the two layers, you can just write the F major chord and the C+7's in one layer. Make sure any beaming, rests and staccato placement are as if there were no layers (check on an empty measure if you're not sure how that would look).
-m10: The chord on beat 4 should be on beat 3.75. Maybe instead of the triplet 32nds, you could use (16th) grace notes instead? I'd personally also probably leave out the F on the actual chord for playability, but both work.

The submission title is misspelled. It'd definitely fit thematically with some Mario Party minigames though :P

You could also make the second and third systems three measures each instead of 2 and 4 to spread things out more evenly.

I will be updating this soon, I'm just waiting on a reply from someone helping me with the playability of the B section. I just wanted to respond to one thing real quick first.

Most of the time, even if I disagree with something, if enough Updaters say it, I will change it. This is not one of those times. I fully believe that dotted rests have no place in common time, and I will die on that hill. None of the professional sheet music I own ever do it, and it makes me physically cringe when I see it done. I don't mean this in any malevolent way, I just want it to be abundantly clear how important that fact is to me.

Alrighty. After some help with the B section from Kricketune (thanks!), and Bloop reminding me that I had feedback on this (also thanks!), I have finally updated the submission.

Awesome, it looks a lot better now! A tiny thing I might add is that the 8th rest in m6 beat 2 (the upper layer) could be raised a bit, as it almost looks like it's part of the bottom layer since it's horizontally aligned. I'll approve either way though!

That's absolutely fine! I personally like using dotted rests for rests smaller than the beat value to be a bit more concise, and I've seen it mentioned in Behind Bars and used in professional sheets too. Either way, it's fine ^^

No problem! Adjusted!

Completely understandable, I just don't personally like it.

I'm fine the rests as you have, only things I have to comment on are the following:

• Ichiro Shimakura is not listed as a composer for this game, apologies if I missed a discussion on this elsewhere if this a track remix that I'm not aware of.
• m5 LH beat 4.5 sounds like it's not staccato
• m8 RH you could clear up those ties a little more so nothing is cutting through noteheads, but it's not the biggest thing in the world.

For some reason, the mp3s I have of MP7 music lists them as one of the composers, but you're right. I should've double-checked that. As for the other two things, I will take care of those later today, after I get some sleep.
