Minor clarification on composer, is Haven235 the same as Ultra Kitsune? Noticed that's who was credited on the Youtube vid

Feedback
• Your copyright info at the bottom of page 1 should be 12 pt
• in the pickup measure on beat 1.0 I can hear an A major chord faintly that would be in the RH, though did you intentionally exclude this?
• m31-32 LH 2nd layer 1.0 I hear a staccato quarter (octave down from whole note) for both measures on this beat.
• m35 RH 1.0 top layer you could add an accent and staccato kind of like m7 1.0
• m43 LH 2.0 hearing Bn for the grace note

oh I think that's an artifact of how this particular video was recorded, it's not there in the official soundtrack: https://youtu.be/IWfMivU4sAY?si=i-g23r6UWuvrrRMS&t=1376

ah, I omitted this intentionally since I didn't like the sudden introduction of octaves in the last two measures of the phrase. (unrelatedly, I added a courtesy accidental to m32 LH beat 2)

yep, done

Oh looks like that is the case. Good as is
Quotemmm I'm still hearing B# I think?
Relistening and would have to agree with ya

Closing stuff
• m25-31 RH thoughts on adding an accent to each of these quarter notes for beat 4? The trumpet places a bit more emphasis on the last note of each measure.
• m44 LH 2.0 the actual bassline note sounds like Cn
• m32 RH top layer I do not hear a separation between beats 2.0 and 2.5

mmm I think I'll probably pass on this one, I don't think it feels particularly accented to me? it just seems more like a natural phrasing thing to me

Quote from: Kricketune54 on January 20, 2024, 03:42:31 PM• m44 LH 2.0 the actual bassline note sounds like Cn
this was an intentional choice since (as far as I can tell) the bass plays E while it's the piano that plays Cn, but after some testing I decided to change it to Cn anyway

To me it does sound like the note is emphasized, but it's a minor thing.

  • I don't know about repeating that middle section, sounds like the bass is different from m25 on the second pass
  • The upper dot in m32 should be flipped upwards
  • The mp in the last measure should be moved slightly upwards
  • The music gets quite close to the header on page 3 and you have lots of empty space at the bottom, could you move everything slightly downwards?
  • We've updated our templates and formatting guidelines: The BPM note font should be MaestroTimes, size 16. The alt codes you need are Œ (quarter) and ‰ (eighth).

it sounds to me like the middle section is the same on both passes; I just intentionally changed the LH to something simpler for m25-28

consulted Behind Bars and it turns out that you're not actually supposed to have a stem come between a note and its dot, so I futzed around with it some and got this
