That's a lot but I got it all down on the page. I'm kind of confused about the "echoey" sound you're hearing in m22 so I didn't change anything there. The only other note I have is if there's a better approach than removing the RH chords from 13-20. Thanks!

Wow it really does sound like Chrono Trigger 

I believe I corrected all of the arpeggios and extended out the chords. I also revoiced the melody at 13 to make it stand out better. It should also be playable now.

I fixed the copyright, flipped the grace note stems, and removed the decrescendo.

Thank you for the feedback, I have adjusted everything accordingly. I have replaced two of the 32nd note areas with turns, but I'm not so sure whether that would be the correct ornament or not.

I believe that with this site's collection of Mario Kart classics, it is baffling that we are missing not just Super Circuit's Rainbow Road, but also Mario Kart 8's and Mario Kart 7's. In fact, there is not a single Mario Kart 7 song to my knowledge on here!
