Hello talented arrangers...

In TES4 Oblivion, is the piece Auriel's Ascension the same tune as what is posted here as "Title Screen"? I've found some seemingly good sheets for it by emailing a guy on Youtube.

That's something I've been thinking about in a Long Long time! It's just that I'm so busy that I haven't haven't the - Time, Energy and knowledge to do that. I mean it's not like I'm some computer expert that create websites all the time, and if I want one I want it done really properly and good... but it's tough. But y it could really help, guess I could follow Ben's footprints and create a website, but I think mine would be more "broader" and not only about music-related stuff.

You could always simply make a tumblr! Or use Google Sites, Weebly etc. Or maybe upload wordpress to a 000Webhost server if you want a little more control?

Have you tried explaining that? I can't imagine anyone being cruel enough to reject you purely for that reason.

The sound engineering part I would have done well in, but I did not play any instruments at the time, so the portion which consists of recording your own instrumental performance would have got me. So no sweat, and I've thought also maybe keeping it seperate from school will make it more fun and personal to me. All is well  :D I've been talking to a band member from the college next door to my high school and I might run sound, or help, for his gigs instead!

I could not get into the Sound Engineering 12 course at my school because I am not in Band, but I'm not in Band because you have to choose to join or not in grade 7 and I was in another school in another province with a music teacher who gave up teaching us instruments and did karaoke instead -_- Although frankly I would likely have still not joined  ;D I only got into music in late tenth grade.

I'm loving Ice Path from Pokemon Gold/Silver arranged by Echo! It's not hard to get into, and has a satisfying bass clef I could repeat over and over and not get tired of. Is this piece commonly played often by others here?

Hello all.

Online I use the name Ilegi, but my name is Alex and I don't mind disclosing that. My goal here is to learn, discuss and play interesting music!

I am about 1.5 months deep in piano, so I'm a beginner. I am still working my way through the beginning parts of Ice Path from Pokemon Soul Silver (iirc.) and le Premiere Gymnopedie. Although I started late (I am sixteen nearly 17, playing since Xmas) I really want to be a skilled pianist!

Just a couple of days ago, I got a tenor uke as well for some fun on the side, and for the "sweet sound of the ukulele." For now I'm just playing with some chords, and I can't strum up half as well I can strum down, but i'll get there  ;D

My first instrument is FL Studio though, and although it's baaaaad, I've been making music that way for longer than a year.

My favourite video game right now is Halo Custom Edition, and of the games' music listed on this website, my favourites come from early Legend of Zelda and Pokemon series.
