Help! / Re: 'Famous' video game theme warm-up

Use any of my arrangements. They already meet thre of the five requirements, but you can fill the other two by playing at your own discretion. Other than that...I don't know of any pieces that fill those requirements, except perfect orchestral transcriptions.

Can you give me a link?

That is a beautiful melody, baroque with a lot of room for development. I'll do it.

Super Mario Land Medley added.

Happy Halloween. I'm really sorry this took so long to get posted, but I was having issues with Finale. I now work with 2010 so these issues are now resolved. Also, I want some reccomendations for two Final Fantasy Themes to arrange. Please only two unless I say otherwise.

Coming soon (I promise): Super Mario Galaxy-Final Bowser Theme

Home-Made Compositions / Re: Universe-X's Compositions

I figured you were talking about that one, but the are multiple chants for the Dies Irae poem. Not to mention the ones written for requiems (e.g. Mozart's Requiem in D, Verdi, etc...)
The Final Boser theme is based off of baroque organ music (see J.S. Bach), namely the tocatta form of music.

Which Dies Irea? I know of four different Gregorian Chants. But yes, its is a nice arrangement, as I have already told you.

Quote from: Seeker on October 22, 2009, 01:39:29 PMUh, I'm pretty sure Chopin was exclusively piano.. unless you're talking about the concertos? Or am I just horribly wrong here?

Brahms, Wagner, Beethoven, and Smetana mainly for me. Especially Beethoven.

No, Chopin was exclusively piano. The concertos were written because it was the proper thing to do at the time. He simply used the orchestra as a vessel for the piano. Now if Ingus was reffering to some orchestrations of his work, the so be it.

Beethoven, Liszt, Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi, J. Strauss Jr., Handel...you see where this is going.
