I would like to arrange, but I could judge or host if required. Not well, but I could do it.

Where has this gone? Holidays are upon us and it would be a good opportunity to do another of these. That is, if people are interested...

Very nice. I like it.

My only comment would be to maybe turn all the Gb's into F#'s. Given it's in C major, F#'s are more common and more easily recognisable to the pianist; especially within those Augmented and Sus 4 chords.

But apart from that it looks good.

Quote from: NocturneOfShadow on November 29, 2015, 06:41:25 PMdid you ever ask your physics teacher about this?
whop, forgot sorry. Graduating today as well, so unless I catch him afterwards and be all "But what about liiiiiiight," it's probs unlikely. Though I'm thinking about doing physics next year at Uni so, maybe wait a few years then I can answer?

Maybe this will give me something to do before then.

found this article which kinda answers it. Not very satisfying. Not nearly enough big words.

Ah yes, equality and being nice to people. Far too lame. Heaven forbid we attempt using solutions that do not appeal to the stereotypical mindset of a fifteen yearold male to fix the world's problems.

Quote from: Waddle Bro on November 12, 2015, 03:04:53 PMfor me no european psmd release date,

Someone didn't watch the UK Direct. Probably better since the person insisted on calling it "Pok-emon" ("Pok," as in "pocket", rather than as in "poke.") which made me want to loge a small fridge in his pancreas.

C'mon, it's part of his job to review games, he shouldn't have to pay for it out of his pocket.

It's like if we expected teachers to buy their own teaching material with their measly salary. Oh wait...

Nice arrangement! I really like it.

The immediate issue is the semi-quaver triplets in bars 23, 25 and 27. It's only just acceptable to have these on one note, but to have more than one note and you're into Maestro-level difficulty. Perhaps only have them on the upper note instead of both?

Excellent arrangement! I'd love to learn this once it's one the site!

Just a tiddle-little thing though. I personally think it's in 6/8 rather than swung. I mean, there are no elements of the original piece which I think constitute as swing, other than the extremely jazzy syncopation in bar 13, it seems more 6/8-y than swingy. The left hand especially in bars 1 - 2 and 6 - 7 are more ragtimey, Banjo-Kazooie than swingy, Duke Ellingtony and the opening bar is almost too strict to be considered jazz. It's almost like the piece starts off in compound time then modulates into swing; all in one page! I'm very confused.

Obviously, it's up to you, but I think that maybe Olimar or someone should check to make sure it's swing not compound time.

But again; a wonderful arrangement.
