Oh yeah, I've already done that. I just never went backwards after sparing Mettaton EX on my second runthrough. So now I'm gonna do that.

Oh and also, I beat Flowey on my first run without dying a single time. So I'm proud of that. :3

I never plan on doing a genocide run anyway. I don't have it in me, I can't bring myself to kill.

What would you say if I told you that I found the Genocide run to be the most fun out of the three routes?

The answer to this question is probably obvious, but is access to full Finale software a requirement for submission?  Based on the fact that a .mus file is required for arrangement submission, I am assuming that access to the full version of Finale software is required to submit any scores to this site.  I could not find this requirement explicitly stated anywhere, but it seems like it is an implicit requirement.

I.e., I can write arrangements in Sibelius 7 (the only annotation SW that I have access to).  But there is no way I know of to convert a .sib score into .mus format unless one owns a copy of Finale.

You can download Finale Notepad... Even though it's a pain to use.

I think that it'll be okay with another notation program; it'll just be a bit more of a hassle to get them accepted onto the site. I'm pretty sure there's an arranger or two in the community that doesn't use Finale. Then again, I don't know how that actually works.

Say, how does one stay on the neutral route effectively? At what point does the game decide you're running genocide?

You won't go to Genocide unless you actively try to grind as much as possible.

I think I'll claim it. Might end up dropping it and/or Undertale if I don't have enough time.

Same goes with all the battle music. Man, hearing Hopes and Dreams for the first time... it was something else.

When I first heard it on YouTube, not knowing where it played, I didn't really like it as much as the other themes in the OST, but after hearing it in battle, it's definitely grown on me...

That being said, Death by Glamour is still my favorite by far. Hopes and Dreams doesn't come close.

I got close to the ending on Genocide... and I'm sure you know how close.

Yes, I did! I also got every enemy's name yellow and spent quite a while trying to open up the mysterious door.

I'm thinking about trying to arrange Undertale. Not sure if I'll have enough time to finish it, though, since it's one of the longest themes in the OST.
