@Lux, I'm with Slow in that professional help and seeking medical care if you need it really is the way to go, because other people have their own lives to worry about too, and can't always be there or be focused on how you're doing. Talking to a psychologist has been really helpful for me to deal with things, and I highly recommend it. Make sure you get one that fits well with your personality, though, and don't be afraid to change if things aren't working.
