Actually I'm fairly sure they just waited for the summer because they wanted Batman to be a "summer blockbuster" of sorts.

Special effects and everything else you listed doesn't take that long for other movies with similar amounts of editing necessary, so I wouldn't think it'd take 6 months for The Dark Knight.

You should do some formatting/bolding/coloring to make the guide a little more appealing to the eye, and a little more organized. Perhaps even a code box for the "formula" to set it aside from the rest of the text more effectively.

Hugo got removed from the list (I tracked it back to a post that SuperFireKirby made, which also put cobraroll back into the users pile instead of saved users. Brassman caught the cobraroll one, but not the Hugomeister one.)
