I changed the file extension to a .mus file, and now I have it on Finale. However, it's rough, and not entirely completed. I was wondering if someone could help me add things to it (e.g. metronome marking,  measure numbers) in order to comply more with NSM's standards for submissions. I'm not entirely familiar with the inner workings of Finale.

Also, what website would you recommend that I upload the finished files (not Mediafire; it has some viruses on it, and I wouldn't want to risk going on it) to?

I use my PC more than any console

The only games I usually use my PC for are: Star Wars Dark Force II (including Mysteries of the Sith, Jedi Outcast, and Jedi Academy), KOTOR and KOTOR II, and Heroes of Might and Magic I through V (including the Heroes Chronicles games).
Back on topic, I do not yet feel comfortable announcing my PSN username over the whole internet (I have told others before, but in less 'public' places).

I could've sword that you hated the EarthBound series because Giygas freaked you out. 

I was not referring specifically to Giygas, just about the weird surrealism of the franchise in general, including (but obviously not limited to): Mr. Saturn, Starman, Pokey (Porky) Minch, as well characters/events that inhabit/surround the game in general.
Another reason I voted for Giygas is because it is considered an iconic character (almost like Uboa ), compared to another character I hadn't heard of, or possibly, that I felt was not "superior."
With voting, I'm going for a slightly "if it fit I sits" attitude, meaning that if I have a significant reason to vote for one character over another, I do.
