Fixed this in measures 10, 14, 18, and 22, but I kept the chords in  measures 54, 58, 62, and 66 because there to be a richer and fuller-sounding part in that section, like in the original. I added to a lot of other chords in that Dm section as well.

I don't know how this works, but apparently there's a way to make the left hand and right hand have separate audio channels. This is mainly important for M.69-72, but it only really concerns MIDI playback, so it might not be a worthwhile investment of time.

Thanks for catching this; I meant to create separate channels, but I completely forgot to do it lol.

In the same measures, the "p" marking should probably be "ppp", because that's how quiet it sounds, which - unlike the previous suggestion - actually does affect how a pianist would read it.

I would give criticism for M.72-74, but I can't figure out those note values either. I would probably just throw "ad. lib" onto there or something, unless someone can be bothered to figure it out. [/size]

I'll look into this later and see if I can find a more distinct rhythm. I might just end up adding the ad. lib there instead, but idk yet.

Feedback:
 - The intro is too fast.
Fixed.
 - For some reason the playback sounds like the sustain pedal is being used the entire time. I know it's not reverb because I exported a MIDI, and it kept that issue. The sustain pedal would definitely work in some areas (particularly M.1-6, M.7, M.52-59), but not plaguing the entire piece.
I'm not sure why this is, as I didn't place pedal markings anywhere or adjust the reverb. Weird.
 - There were some points you could beam 8th notes over 8th rests.
I fixed this in bars 25-32 cuz the melody is there, but most isolated offbeat eighth note stuff (like bars 16 RH, 45 LH, etc) I kept unbeamed mostly because I've seen stuff like this very often in other similar-styled music and have done the same in other sheets of mine. If they absolutely need to be beamed, I'd be happy to change them, I'm just going by other stuff I've seen before lol

If it's the slow and heavy, and maybe extrapolating a bit, the constant rolling of the train's wheels in that I-V alternating bass, then that is the image I'll be thinking of when I play this :)

...But I didn't stop there! I figured I'd go ahead and take care of this remix as well since it's pretty similar. Of course, there are tons of added and changed harmonies and extra notes and parts and whatnot, so it's not like the exact same. Either way, this one was pretty enjoyable to arrange and sounds really cool on piano.

• I find that the original--and even your transcription--sounds like it's mostly in 6/8 instead of your 3/4 time.
• Bar 50-51 and 54-55 would be a lot more readable with naturals instead of double flats (and C flats). I'm also prone to spelling the G flats there as F sharps instead.

This is probably my favorite piece from the SMG soundtrack; I've always wanted to arrange it but I never had any good ideas until recently. My main goal was to capture the really deep percussive sound that the original has, and I think I got somewhere closer than our current sheet up now. Such a cool tune...

- is there any reason the last 3 sheets aren't part of the short themes compilation? I think they're short enough to warrant spots in the collection, and maybe we could move the existing fanfare sheets into this one (or make new versions for them), if you ever end up submitting it

- There are two lines doubled at different octaves (the one I wrote and 2 octaves higher). I think the lower one is more prominent so that's the one I picked.
- The fanfares on site aren't currently in their own compilations, and my short themes sheet is mostly sound effects and things like that, not full musical fanfares. I wouldn't be against combining anything, but I'll wait till I submit, whenever that happens.
