It was either Brassman or Tangy that did this. They actually did a pretty good job, but now the link doesn't work. I've PMed them to reupload it but didn't get a response.

Yup. Anyone interested should ask him to put it again. It's an awesome arrangement, totally worth it. Just missing the first "empty" measures, but that can be easily solved.
After tons (well, not really, but thank you search function) of looking I found it! I dunno if I should post a link though. From memory Brassman always continually revises his arrangements and he still pops by once in a while anyway.

JD, I don't think he would need the consent of the arranger. Basically, once we arrange it and post it, it's public. Open to posting on other sites, though? I don't think that's legit. NSM should host the sheet if the song's arranged for here. I know I'd be fine with people sharing my sheets all over le interwebz, but not hosting it on another site. That's my two cents.

What I meant was: Shouldn't you get permission from maybe site mod and the arranger? Just taking it and giving credit seems... (No word exists in the english language for what I'm trying to express here)
