What is your favorite Pokemon final Boss?

So practicly like Zelda Boss polls, but with bosses from more Games.
Blue: The number of times I had to turn the game off, then back on, vying for some strategy, some way to use items, to get just that extra bit of health (or a critical hit :P) to win... VOTE.
Primal Dialga: N/A
Red: Level 100 Typhlosion + a bunch of revives and full restores = long but fun battle.
Cynthia: :P Why didn't she just eliminate Team Galactic while they were weak? :P Good battle, though. Even somewhat challenging with strong Pokemon.
Wallace/Steven: Neither of these champions were too good to fight, although their "personality" and character developments made up for it. Steven could be wiped out by fire type, and Wallace could be owned by grass type (always
Alder/Iris: Alden needed to be more present in the storyline of Black/White; I felt as if they could have done much, much more with him, although what they did do was pleasing.
